As part of the Weight Loss Mentor program, members will be provided with the opportunity to participate in a Super Session. Your coach will begin with a SWOT analysis which will focus on the health and lifestyle goals you are wanting to achieve. This private session will help your coach evaluate your wants and needs, and create a session that is both productive and informative. The Super Session involves twelve key components, all of which will attribute to a personally tailored program that will help keep you accountable for, and keep track of, your goals and progress along the way.
Some of the components of the Super Session will include:
- Distinguishing who your role models are in life
- Assessing your SMART goals
- Evaluation of your lifestyle choices and potential changes to be made
- Assessing any obstacles you face in life and providing solutions to overcome challenges
