Ever wondered what your current fitness level is?


The fitness test is an evaluation of a person’s current physical fitness status based on a variety of key measurements. This assessment will help your coach evaluate your current physical health.


There are five key components of a fitness evaluation which include:

  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscle Endurance
  • Flexibility / stretching
  • Body Composition


When measuring a person’s physical health, the following elements may be evaluated:

  • Considering your BMI and other health related measurements
  • Cardiovascular condition
  • Heart BPM after a cardio or high intensity training session
  • Strength and cardio exercises that determine an individual’s overall health and physical status


Your fitness coach will run through the fitness test with you and ask you some questions about your overall health. A training program will then be provided to you based on your current physical condition, and the goals you are wanting to achieve.
