TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. The Company’s Commitment

  1. The Company will provide the coaching Sessions through the Coach.

  2. The Company will provide coaching that is a professional client relationship designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for moving towards those goals.

  3. E-mails are welcome between sessions if you would like to share a success, have urgent questions or an issu

2. Your Commitment

  1. You agree to pay the Company the Fees as set out in this Agreement and as per the invoice.

  2. You agree to call or meet the Coach at the specified times.

  3. You agree to be honest and open, to believe in yourself and to adopt a more enthusiastic and positive outlook on life from this moment onwards. You are truly committed to change and agree to take responsibility for your life, choices and actions.

3. Coaching

  1. You enter into this Agreement with the full understanding that You are solely responsible for creating your own results. You understand that achieving your goals (in whole or part) cannot be guaranteed and no warranties are given.

  2. You are aware that coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or any other form of mental health care treatment or therapy, nor is it to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business or other qualified professionals.

  3. If appropriate, You will seek independent professional guidance in the areas indicated in 3.b and You understand that all decisions and actions in these areas are Your sole responsibility.

 

4. Your Agenda

  1. The Session agenda belongs to You. If the Session is not heading in the direction you would like, if the Coach ever says anything you don’t feel comfortable with or if You have a concern with the way the Sessions are proceeding You will let the Coach know immediately.

5. Ethics and Confidentiality

  1. I follow the International Association of Coaches, Code of Ethics supplied in the welcome pack. If for any reason You have not already received a copy of the coaching ethics and would like one please request this from the Coach.

  2. Any notes the Coach makes during the Session or about You are kept confidential.

  3. The Coach will not use or disclose the information You share with them during Your Sessions, except as authorized by You or as required by law.

  4. You understand that on occasion the Company may anonymously share generalized information for training or consultation purposes with other Coaching professionals. Your identity and any information that could lead to Your identification will remain entirely confidential.

 

 

6. Admin

  1. The Session may be refused if payment has not been made as required by this Agreement.

  2. Where it is necessary for either You or the Coach to reschedule a Session, this will be done by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled Session.

  3. You will be charged for missed Sessions which are not rescheduled in accordance with this agreement, except in exceptional circumstances (at the Coach’s discretion).

  4. If You are late for a Session, the Session will complete at the scheduled time.

 

7. Paid in Full Programs

  1. Paid in full Programs can be cancelled at a fee of $150

  2. Paid in full programs can be placed on pause for a maximum of 3 months per calendar year at no cost.

 

8. Direct Debit Payments

  1. All payments will be paid via a third party, that being Pay Pal

  2. All Direct Debit payments are managed on behalf of Paul Hamad Life Coach by a third party company, that being Pay Advantage

  3. You may Pause your program at any time and must be done in writing before the 15th of Each Month.

  4. You can Terminate your membership prior to the completion of the 12 week package, but will incur a $150 Fee.

  5. At the completion of 12 weeks, Debits will continue to occur until notice has been given in writing before the 15th of each calendar month.

  6. A notice to Cancel or Program Pause will need to be requested via email, and completed and returned back to coach@paulhamadlifecoach.com.au

  7. All Payments are taken out fortnightly

  8. All Direct Debit Programs have an initial $250 Start- up cost

  9. Any Dishonour payments incur a fee of $5.50 and will be payed by client

  10. All other fees associated with Direct Debits have be included in package price

 

9. Pausing Programs (Program Pause)

  1. Any Mentoring, Life Coaching, Weight Loss Mentor or Bespoke programs can be put on pause, where no money will be debited.

  2. Pausing of Programs will be done via the Website at the request via email coach@paulhamadlifecoach.com.au

  3. Programs can be put on pause for a maximum of 3 months per calendar year.

  4. Complimentary Pausing of Programs can only be for programs of a 12week duration or more.

  5. Pausing Program DOES NOT include Walk & Talk, Strategy Sessions, 4 Week Weight Loss Mentor Program or any Bespoke programs less than 12 weeks.

  6. There is no cost for a Program Pause

 

10. Refunds, Cancellation, Fees & Charges

  1. Fees and charges for any products and services provided by Paul Hamad Life Coach are subject to change from time to time. All active clients will be notified of any changes either in writing or over the phone, prior to their session

  2. Paul Hamad Life Coach is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with this legal statement.

  3. Within 24 hours- failure to notify your coach about a need to cancel a booked coaching session – 100% charge (of the pre-arranged session cost)

  4. Failure to show up for your booked coaching session = 100% charge (of pre arranged cost)

  5. Refunds are not a usual practise, however if a refund is requested, all information will be taken into consideration and Refunds will be at the discretion of Paul Hamad Life Coach.

 

11. Termination

  1. You or the Company may cancel this Agreement in writing (by email or letter), giving at least 7 days notice In the event that you owe money to the Company at the time of cancellation, full payment will become due at the time of cancellation.

  2. In the unlikely event that this Agreement is cancelled before all the Sessions You have paid for have been provided the Company will refund you for any Sessions you have paid for but which the Company has not provided.

  3. Upon termination of this Agreement the Company shall immediately cease to be liable to You in respect of the coaching Sessions.

12. general

  1. In the event of You choosing to feel mental, physical or emotional distress (or related ailment or condition) which You believe to be related either directly or indirectly to the coaching Sessions You will not hold the Company liable for any loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you). You will indemnify the Company in the event of any such claim.

  2. Except as expressly set out in this Agreement the Company will have no liability to You. This Agreement reflects the entire agreement and understanding between You and the Company regarding the matters in this Agreement.

 

 

Additional Notes - For the coaching to be as successful as possible:

  • Your intent to change and desire for change will be serious.

  • You will make every effort to ensure You are at your peak mental, physical and emotional state for each Session.

  • You are ready to work and receive feedback. You are willing to try new ways of learning, be honest and open, keep to your commitments and inform your coach immediately when things are not working for you.

  • You are willing to explore, challenge and change thoughts, feelings and actions that you recognise as self-defeating.

  • You understand your coach will be focused on you and your best interests as a whole, not just your goals.

  • You are willing to give the coach the benefit of the doubt and wholeheartedly try new concepts or different ways of doing/approaching things.

  • You recognise the value and worth of yourself and the investment you are making in your personal development.

  • You understand the need to plan the relationship ending in advance to allow for a degree of closure and wrap-up
