I offer every new client a complimentary 30 minute session. This is a low-key, get-acquainted meeting with zero obligations or commitments. It’s a chance for us to learn about one another and make sure we’re a good fit. I do recommend you spend time prior to our meeting reflecting on what you want to achieve.
There’s no better place to clear your mind and share your heart that outside, amidst all the natural and man-made marvels of our amazing city. The fresh air and sunshine increases vitamin D levels, which produces endorphins. You’ll feel happier, more focused, creative and energized.
In your strategy session, we’ll review what you want to accomplish, where you are in the process, and the journey that remains. Next, we’ll hammer out a to-do list based on your strengths and weaknesses, available resources, anticipated obstacles and resolutions, and achievable time frames.
As we get old, we sometimes feel that we start to fall apart. Just like with an old building, we might only need a little maintenance – or is it time for a major renovation? How would you know? If you feel that your life is falling apart – or that you are living on a building site all the time - I can show you a simple way to change that.

Every fixer-upper know that if you want to rebuild something you must start from demolition. It’s a lot of hard work, and very satisfying. For many people who are sick and tired of struggling and being under stress all the time, this is the favourite part. You remove all the rubbish and clutter (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stuff), clean as you go, and end up with a clear site.
CREATE A PLAN
We can start with a vague concept, transform it into a clear picture, and then create a step-by-step plan. We all need a plan, if we don't have a plan how do we know where we are going and how we going to get there? Life is not as simple as it used to be; we have a lot of choices and options that come to us in every day. Smart phones, internet and all that technology improved our life but also quickened it, and made it more complicated. To keep up with everything, we need a plan. Because if we fail to plan, we plan to fail.
SET YOUR FOUNDATION
You can’t build a house without laying good, solid foundations. The bigger the house, the stronger the foundations must be. Likewise, the bigger your goals, the stronger the foundations. You may need to start small. Baby-steps. You wouldn’t run a marathon if you don’t even walk every day, would you? Or invest all the money you have if you know you have no money management skills? Without solid foundations, houses would fall, and so would we.
BUILD YOUR LIFE
Once we lay a good foundation, we have a strong base that is able to withhold any forces that come our way, and yes, sometimes we get knocked right down, but we need to learn to get back up again, and keep moving forward. At this point, this is where you take control, and rebuild your life. With strong foundations, your vision, some great strategy and tactics – you will succeed. Like with any renovation, you can’t expect to get results in one hour. Life is not a TV show.
